Blind Tasting
One dish from the reference, served as a short ingredient list with the cuisine named up front. The pantry is off the table: no salt, oil or onion, only ingredients that say something. One more arrives each turn, the most telling last. Name the dish in six turns. Same dish for everyone; a new one at midnight, and practice rounds whenever you like.

How it plays
- The cuisine and two ingredients are on the table to start. Every guess or pass turns over another ingredient.
- Pantry staples never appear: salt, oil, onion, garlic, flour and the like say nothing. Only dishes with a signature ingredient or two are served, and the clues run from broad to telling, star anise last.
- The course is disclosed after your second turn; after your fourth, the shape of the name (how many words, first letter).
- Six turns. The result is a small grid, spoiler-free, with copy, share and post buttons. One daily dish counts toward your record; practice rounds from a separate pool are unlimited and do not.
