Ingredients

  • 6 cups ripe cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 cups ice cubes

Instructions

    Scoop out the seeds from 6 cups cubed ripe cantaloupe and remove the rind, then cut the flesh into rough cubes.

    Add cantaloupe, 2 cups cold water, 2 tbsp fresh lime juice, and 2 tbsp granulated sugar to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 60 seconds.

    Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing lightly to extract the juice. Discard any remaining solids.
