Matcha Oat Milk Latte
A creamy, plant-based latte featuring ceremonial grade matcha whisked with oat milk and lightly sweetened with maple syrup for a smooth, earthy beverage.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 2 oz hot water (175°F/80°C, not boiling)
- 8 oz barista-style oat milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Sift 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder into a mug or small bowl to remove any clumps.

Add 2 oz hot water (175°F/80°C, not boiling) to the sifted matcha.

Using a bamboo whisk or small regular whisk, whisk in a zigzag motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and slightly frothy.

In a small saucepan, heat the 8 oz barista-style oat milk until warm but not boiling.

Stir in 1 tsp maple syrup and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional) (if using) into the warm oat milk until dissolved.

Slowly pour the sweetened oat milk into the matcha mixture.

For extra frothy texture, use a handheld frother or blender to combine for 10-15 seconds.
