Ingredients

  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz agave nectar
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • as needed flaky salt (for rim)
  • as needed ice cubes
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 grapefruit slice (for garnish)

Instructions

    Run a 1 lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip it into as needed flaky salt (for rim) to coat half the rim.

    Fill the glass with as needed ice cubes.

    Add 2 oz blanco tequila, 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, and 1/4 oz agave nectar to the glass.

    Top with 2 oz sparkling water and stir gently to combine.

    Garnish with 1 grapefruit slice (for garnish) and serve immediately.
