Paloma
Mexico's most beloved cocktail pairs tequila with tart grapefruit juice and a splash of sparkling soda. Light, bittersweet, and impossibly refreshing, it's often considered superior to the Margarita.
Ingredients
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz agave nectar
- 2 oz sparkling water
- as needed flaky salt (for rim)
- as needed ice cubes
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 grapefruit slice (for garnish)

Run a 1 lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip it into as needed flaky salt (for rim) to coat half the rim.

Fill the glass with as needed ice cubes.

Add 2 oz blanco tequila, 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, and 1/4 oz agave nectar to the glass.

Top with 2 oz sparkling water and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with 1 grapefruit slice (for garnish) and serve immediately.
