Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup pomegranate juice (100% juice, no sugar added)
- 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey (optional, to taste)
- 2 tsp chia seeds

Add 1 cup pomegranate juice (100% juice, no sugar added) to the blender first so the blades move freely.

Add 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries, 1 sliced and frozen ripe banana, 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt, and 2 tsp chia seeds to the blender.

Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth. Taste and add 2 tsp honey (optional, to taste) if you'd like extra sweetness, then blend briefly to combine.
