Cheese Crisp Crackers
Two-ingredient Parmesan wafers baked until shatteringly crisp — a keto staple that takes less than 15 minutes from fridge to table.

- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drop heaping tablespoon-sized mounds of 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese onto the parchment, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Gently press each mound into a thin circle.

Sprinkle 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper lightly over each round.

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and the edges are lightly browned.

Let cool on the pan for 2 minutes — they will crisp up as they cool. Carefully peel off the parchment and serve.
