  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup salsa

    Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

    Place one flour tortillas on a clean work surface.

    Spread about 1/4 cup of cooked, shredded chicken breast evenly over half of the tortilla.

    Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filled half to create a half-moon shape.
