  • 2 shots strong brewed espresso or very strong coffee

Instructions

    Combine 2 cups unsweetened rice milk, 2 cinnamon stick, and 2 tbsp granulated sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.

    Warm the mixture, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves and the milk is steaming but not boiling, about 5 to 6 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick.
