Sheet Pan Crunchwrap Supreme
Layers of tortillas, seasoned beef, refried beans, nacho cheese sauce, and crushed tortilla chips baked flat on a sheet pan, then sliced into squares and topped fresh, feeding a crowd at once.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 2 cups tortilla chips, lightly crushed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Brown 1 lb ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks, then stir in 2 tbsp taco seasoning.

Lay half of 8 large flour tortillas flat on the baking sheet, slightly overlapping to cover the pan like a crust.

Spread 1 can refried beans over the tortillas, then top with the seasoned beef, 1 cup nacho cheese sauce, and 2 cups lightly crushed tortilla chips for crunch.

Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar and layer the remaining tortillas on top, pressing down gently to seal.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the top layer of tortillas is golden and crisp.

Slice into squares and top with 2 cups shredded lettuce, 1 cup diced tomato, and a dollop of 1/2 cup sour cream before serving.
