  • 1/2 cup jallab syrup (grape and rose syrup, found at Middle Eastern grocers)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

    Combine 1/2 cup jallab syrup (grape and rose syrup, found at Middle Eastern grocers) and 1 tsp rose water in a pitcher. Add 4 cups cold water and stir well to blend.

    Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more jallab syrup if desired.

    Fill four tall glasses with 2 cups crushed ice. Pour the jallab mixture over the ice.
