Ingredients

  • 1 oz London dry gin
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • as needed ice cubes
  • 1 strip orange peel (for garnish)

Instructions

    Fill a mixing glass or rocks glass with as needed ice cubes.

    Add 1 oz London dry gin, 1 oz sweet vermouth, and 1 oz Campari to the glass.

    Stir with a bar spoon for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

    Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube, or serve over the stirring ice.

    Express the oils from 1 strip orange peel (for garnish) over the drink by pinching it over the surface, then run it around the rim.

    Drop the orange peel into the glass as garnish and serve.
