Air Fryer Stuffed Jalapeños
Jalapeño halves filled with a smoky cream cheese and cheddar mixture, wrapped in bacon, and air-fried until the cheese bubbles and the bacon crisps — a low-carb game day staple.
Ingredients
- 12 jalapeños, halved lengthwise, seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 12 strips thin-cut bacon strips, halved crosswise

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.

In a bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 1/4 tsp kosher salt until combined.

Spoon the cheese mixture into each 12 halved lengthwise, seeded jalapeños half, filling them generously. Wrap each stuffed half with one piece of 12 strips halved crosswise thin-cut bacon strips, securing with a toothpick if needed.

Arrange the stuffed jalapeños in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cheese-side up. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving — the filling will be very hot. Remove toothpicks before eating.
