Avocado Lime Crema
A silky, tangy blended sauce made with ripe avocado, sour cream, lime, and garlic — perfect drizzled over tacos, grilled meats, or salads on a keto plate.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled
- 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp water (to thin)

Combine 2 pitted, peeled ripe avocado, 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream, 2 tbsp fresh lime juice, 2 cloves garlic cloves, 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro, and 1/2 tsp salt in a blender.

Blend on high until completely smooth, about 30 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add 2 tbsp water (to thin) one tablespoon at a time and blend until the crema reaches a drizzleable consistency.

Taste and adjust with more lime juice or salt as needed. Serve immediately, or press plastic wrap directly onto the surface and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
