Ingredients

  • 6 fresh lemons, juiced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tsp dried culinary lavender
  • 1/2 cup honey (or agave for vegan option)
  • 4 cups water

  • 4 lemon slices (for garnish)
  • 4 fresh lavender sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

    In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of 4 cups water to a simmer and remove from heat.

    Add 2 tsp dried culinary lavender to the hot water and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain and set aside to cool.

    In a blender, combine 1 cup fresh blueberries with 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth.

    Strain the blueberry purée through a fine-mesh sieve to remove solids, pressing with a spoon to extract all the juice.

    In a large pitcher, combine the lavender-infused water, blueberry purée, juice from 6 juiced fresh lemons, 1/2 cup honey (or agave for vegan option), and the remaining water.

    Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
