  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine or bocconcini)
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 24 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (store-bought or reduced balsamic)
  • 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 24 small cocktail skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

    Thread one cherry tomatoes, one folded fresh basil leaves leaf, and one fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine or bocconcini) ball onto each of 24 small cocktail skewers or toothpicks.

    Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter.

    Drizzle with 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil and 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (store-bought or reduced balsamic).
