  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (canned)
  • 2 tsp adobo sauce (from the can)
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

    Combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (canned), 2 tsp adobo sauce (from the can), 2 tsp fresh lime juice, 1 clove roughly chopped garlic clove, and 1/4 tsp kosher salt in a blender or food processor.
