Cucumber Elderflower Gin Cooler
A crisp, garden-fresh cocktail that layers floral elderflower liqueur with dry gin, fresh cucumber, and a squeeze of lemon over tonic water. Light and aromatic, it's perfect for warm-weather sipping.
Ingredients
- 2 oz dry gin (London dry style)
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)
- 5 slices English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz tonic water (chilled)

- 1 cucumber ribbon (for garnish)
- 1 lemon wheel (for garnish)

Place 5 slices thinly sliced English cucumber in a tall glass or cocktail shaker and muddle gently to release their juice — do not over-muddle or the liquid will turn bitter.

Fill the glass with as needed ice cubes.

Pour in 2 oz dry gin (London dry style), 1 oz elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain), and 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice over the ice.

Top with 4 oz tonic water (chilled) and stir once gently to combine without losing the bubbles.
