Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder, sifted
  • 3 tbsp hot water (175°F / 80°C, not boiling)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

    Sift 2 tsp sifted ceremonial-grade matcha powder into a small bowl to remove clumps.

    Add 3 tbsp hot water (175°F / 80°C, not boiling) and 2 tsp maple syrup. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and slightly frothy, about 30-60 seconds.

    Pour 1 cup oat milk over the ice.
