Iced Matcha Latte
Vibrant ceremonial-grade matcha whisked smooth with a touch of honey, then poured over ice and topped with cold oat or dairy milk. A refreshing, lightly caffeinated drink with an earthy, subtly sweet flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder, sifted
- 3 tbsp hot water (175°F / 80°C, not boiling)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 cup ice cubes

Sift 2 tsp sifted ceremonial-grade matcha powder into a small bowl to remove clumps.

Add 3 tbsp hot water (175°F / 80°C, not boiling) and 2 tsp maple syrup. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and slightly frothy, about 30-60 seconds.

Fill a tall glass with 1 cup ice cubes.

Pour 1 cup oat milk over the ice.
