Ingredients

  • 1 lb jicama, peeled, julienned
  • 2 navel oranges, peeled, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (or Tajin)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

    Place 1 lb peeled, julienned jicama in a large bowl.

    Add 2 peeled, sliced navel oranges and 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.

    Drizzle with 1/4 cup fresh lime juice and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp chili powder (or Tajin) and 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Toss gently to coat.

    Scatter 2 tbsp torn fresh mint leaves over the top.

    Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lime juice, or chili powder as desired. Serve immediately.
