Questions

Can I make Michelada gluten-free?

Yes. The gluten in this entry is 12 oz Mexican lager beer (12 oz), chilled, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Swap the beer for a certified gluten-free beer or a dry cider; the soy-based sauce for tamari or coconut aminos. Everything else proceeds as written.

Can I halve or double Michelada?

Yes. As written it serves 1. Every ingredient in this entry carries precomputed half and double quantities, and the app's batch dial rewrites them inside each step. To batch it for a crowd, multiply everything but add the ice only when serving.
