Loaded Nachos
Crispy tortilla chips topped with melted cheese, beans, jalapeños, and all your favorite nacho toppings.
Ingredients
- 12 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, canned, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup salsa

Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange 12 oz tortilla chips in a single layer on a large, oven-safe platter or baking sheet.

Sprinkle 1 cup canned, drained and rinsed black beans evenly over the chips, followed by 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños.

Bake for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is completely melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and top with 1 cup diced tomatoes, 4 sliced green onions, and 1/2 cup sliced black olives.

Serve immediately with 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup guacamole, and 1/2 cup salsa on the side.
