Smoked Salmon Breakfast Bagel Board
A generous spread of smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh toppings arranged on a board around toasted bagel halves — perfect for weekend brunch entertaining.
Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked salmon (lox-style)
- 4 bagels (plain or everything), halved, toasted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- to taste black pepper, freshly ground

Toast 4 halved, toasted bagels (plain or everything) until golden and arrange them around the edges of a large cutting board or serving platter.

Spoon 8 oz softened cream cheese into a small bowl and place it in the center of the board.

Drape 8 oz smoked salmon (lox-style) in loose folds across one section of the board.

Arrange 1 thinly sliced English cucumber, 1/2 thinly sliced red onion, and 1 thinly sliced lemon in separate clusters around the board.

Scatter 2 tbsp drained capers in a small pile near the salmon.

Tuck 1/4 cup fresh dill sprigs throughout the board for color and aroma.

Finish with to taste freshly ground black pepper over the cream cheese. Serve immediately so guests can build their own bagels.
