Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie
A thick, satisfying blender smoothie packed with protein from Greek yogurt and peanut butter, sweetened naturally by frozen banana, and enriched with milk for a filling post-workout drink.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup whole milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Add 2 sliced and frozen ripe banana, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup whole milk or unsweetened almond milk, 2 tsp honey or maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon to a blender.

Blend on high speed until completely smooth and thick, about 60 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick to blend, add milk one tablespoon at a time.

Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or add more peanut butter for a stronger flavor.

Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
