Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 clove garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. 1

In a small bowl, combine 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill, 2 tbsp drained, chopped capers, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 zested lemon (zest only), and 1 clove finely minced garlic clove.

  2. 2

Season with 1/4 tsp kosher salt and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Stir well until fully combined.

  3. 3

Taste and adjust: add more lemon juice for brightness, more dill for herbal flavor, or more capers for brininess.

  4. 4

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days. The flavor deepens as it rests.
