Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli turkey breast
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 8 strips cooked bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese slices
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp chipotle hot sauce (or sriracha)
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. 1

Stir together 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 2 tsp chipotle hot sauce (or sriracha) in a small bowl to make chipotle mayo.

  2. 2

Lay each 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch) flat on a clean surface. Spread chipotle mayo over the center, leaving a 2-inch border.

  3. 3

Layer 8 slices provolone cheese slices, 1 lb thinly sliced deli turkey breast, 2 sliced ripe avocados, 8 strips cooked and crumbled cooked bacon strips, 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce, and 2 thinly sliced roma tomatoes across the center. Season with 1/4 tsp kosher salt and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with 2 tsp fresh lime juice.

  4. 4

Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom, enclosing the filling completely.

  5. 5

Slice each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil for a packed lunch.
