Turkey Pinwheels
Colorful tortilla roll-ups filled with cream cheese, turkey, and vegetables. A simple, make-ahead appetizer that's perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 lb sliced deli turkey
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

In a medium bowl, mix 8 oz softened cream cheese with 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix until well combined.

Lay 4 large flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread each tortilla with an even layer of the cream cheese mixture.

Layer 1/2 lb sliced deli turkey, 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, 1/2 finely diced red bell pepper, 4 thinly sliced green onions, and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese evenly over each tortilla.

Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each tortilla. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Remove from refrigerator and unwrap. Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.

Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled.
