Tzatziki Sauce
A cool, creamy Greek yogurt sauce loaded with cucumber, garlic, and fresh dill. Perfect as a dip, spread, or sauce for grilled meats and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 English cucumber, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped

Place 1 grated English cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill, 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, and 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.

Season with 1/2 tsp kosher salt and stir until well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lemon juice or salt as needed.
