Whipped Feta Dip
Ultra-creamy whipped feta blended with cream cheese, lemon, and garlic until silky smooth. Drizzle with olive oil and honey for an irresistible party dip.
Ingredients
- 8 oz block feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Add 8 oz crumbled block feta cheese and 4 oz softened cream cheese to a food processor or blender.

Add 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic clove, and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Process until completely smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.

Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow serving bowl, using the back of a spoon to create swirls.

Drizzle with 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil and 2 tsp honey, then scatter 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes on top.
