  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp ginger, ground
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the 1 tbsp sesame oil and swirl to coat the pan.

    Add the 1 cup broccoli florets, sliced 1 cup bell pepper, sliced 1 cup carrot, and 1 cup snap peas to the hot oil. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, tossing frequently to ensure even cooking.
