Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic
Crispy air-fried Brussels sprouts finished with a tangy balsamic glaze — a simple vegan side that converts even skeptics.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.

In a large bowl, toss 1 1/2 lbs trimmed, halved Brussels sprouts with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until evenly coated.

Arrange the sprouts cut-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F for 12 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the outer leaves are crispy and the cut sides are deeply browned.

In a small bowl, stir together 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp pure maple syrup.
