Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count can)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • as needed cooking spray

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.

  2. 2

Open 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count can) and separate into individual rounds. Use a small round cutter or bottle cap (about 1 inch) to cut a hole from the center of each biscuit. Set the holes aside — they'll be cooked as donut holes.

  3. 3

Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the donuts and donut holes in a single layer, leaving space between each.

  4. 4

Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes until puffed and deep golden.

  5. 5

In a shallow bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup granulated sugar and 2 tsp ground cinnamon.

  6. 6

Brush the warm donuts and holes all over with 4 tbsp melted unsalted butter, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated. Serve immediately.
