  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups celery sticks
  • 2 cups carrot sticks
  • 1 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat 2 lbs split into flats and drumettes chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with 1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

  2. 2

Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil spray.

  3. 3

Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece. Cook for 12 minutes, flip the wings, then cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  4. 4

While wings are cooking, prepare your sauce of choice. For Buffalo sauce: In a bowl, mix 1 cup like Frank\'s RedHot hot sauce, 8 tbsp melted unsalted butter, 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, and 1 tsp garlic powder. For Garlic Parmesan: In another bowl, combine 8 tbsp melted unsalted butter, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.

  5. 5

Toss cooked wings in your sauce of choice. Serve hot with 2 cups celery sticks, 2 cups carrot sticks, and 1 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing.
