Instructions

    In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper until well combined. Set the dressing aside.
