Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus
Tender asparagus spears wrapped in crispy bacon, roasted to perfection. A savory and elegant side dish or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 16 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 8 slices bacon, uncooked
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss 16 trimmed asparagus spears with 2 tsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper.

Wrap each spear with 8 slices bacon.
