BBQ Pork Ribs
Tender baby back pork ribs baked low and slow with a savory spice rub and glazed with sweet barbecue sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs, trimmed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 cup barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Combine 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp kosher salt, and 1 tsp ground black pepper in a small bowl.

Rub the spice mix evenly over both sides of the 2 racks trimmed baby back pork ribs.

Wrap the baby back pork ribs tightly in foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Unwrap the foil, brush 1 cup barbecue sauce over the top, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes until sticky and caramelized.

Verify the internal temperature reaches at least 190 degrees F before slicing.
