Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup pitted prunes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup blanched almonds, toasted

Instructions
