Ingredients

  • 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp orange blossom water
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tsp rose water (optional)
  • 2 tbsp shelled pistachios (for garnish), roughly chopped

Instructions

    Combine 4 cups unsweetened almond milk, 2 tbsp orange blossom water, 1/4 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup), 1/2 tsp almond extract, and 2 tsp rose water (optional) in a blender.

    Add 2 cups ice cubes and blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and frothy.

    Taste and adjust sweetness or floral flavor as needed.

    Pour into tall glasses and garnish with 2 tbsp roughly chopped shelled pistachios (for garnish). Serve immediately.
