Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 cup cold whole milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp dried edible rose petals (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

    Add 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt, 1 cup cold whole milk, 2 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp ground cardamom, 1 tsp rose water, and 1 cup ice cubes to a blender.

    Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.

    Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more honey or floral note with a drop more rose water if desired.

    Pour into two tall glasses and garnish with a pinch of dried edible rose petals (for garnish, optional) and a light dusting of cardamom if desired. Serve immediately.
