Cardamom Rose Lassi
A fragrant Indian yogurt drink blended with ground cardamom, rose water, and a touch of honey until silky smooth. Cooling and aromatic, it pairs beautifully with spiced dishes or works as a light dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1 cup cold whole milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp dried edible rose petals (for garnish, optional)

Add 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt, 1 cup cold whole milk, 2 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp ground cardamom, 1 tsp rose water, and 1 cup ice cubes to a blender.

Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.

Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more honey or floral note with a drop more rose water if desired.

Pour into two tall glasses and garnish with a pinch of dried edible rose petals (for garnish, optional) and a light dusting of cardamom if desired. Serve immediately.
