Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, shredded
  • 8 strips bacon strips, cooked, crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.

  3. 3

Fold in the 1.5 lbs cooked, shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts, half of the bacon strips, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

  4. 4

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and remaining bacon strips.

  5. 5

Bake uncovered until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), about 25-30 minutes.

  6. 6

Garnish with 4 thinly sliced green onions and serve hot.
