Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
A creamy, cheesy baked casserole loaded with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch seasoning — all the flavors of a loaded chicken dish without a single carb-heavy filler.

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, shredded
- 8 strips bacon strips, cooked, crumbled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.

Fold in the 1.5 lbs cooked, shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts, half of the bacon strips, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and remaining bacon strips.

Bake uncovered until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), about 25-30 minutes.
