    Add 2 cups frozen mango chunks, 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1 sliced and frozen ripe banana, 1 cup coconut milk (canned, full-fat or light), and 2 tsp fresh lime juice to a blender.

    Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 60 to 90 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk or water.

    Taste and add more lime juice for brightness if desired.
