Ginger Beer Punch
A fiery and refreshing Caribbean-style punch built on fresh ginger, citrus, and sparkling ginger beer. Blended bright, poured over ice, and finished with a fizzy top, it is a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 4 oz fresh ginger, peeled, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (or honey)
- 2 cups cold water
- 24 oz ginger beer (store-bought)
- 12 leaves fresh mint leaves
- as needed ice cubes

Add 4 oz peeled, chopped fresh ginger, 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup simple syrup (or honey), and 2 cups cold water to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until the ginger is fully broken down.

Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing well to extract all liquid. Discard the ginger pulp.

Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.

Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the strained ginger-citrus base halfway up each glass.

Top each glass with 24 oz ginger beer (store-bought) and stir gently to combine. Garnish with 12 leaves fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
