  • 1 tbsp butter

    Spread 1 tbsp butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

    Place a slice of 2 slices cheese between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing outward.

    Heat a skillet or pan over medium heat.

    Place the sandwich in the heated skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.

    Carefully flip the sandwich using a spatula and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is completely melted.
