Million Dollar Chicken Casserole
A rich and creamy chicken casserole featuring shredded chicken, a cheesy sauce, and a buttery cracker topping, perfect for a comforting family meal.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 slv Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup diced yellow onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp dried parsley. Mix until well combined.

Spread the 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

In a separate small bowl, combine 1 slv crushed Ritz crackers and 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter. Stir until the crackers are evenly coated.

Sprinkle the 1 slv crushed Ritz crackers topping over the 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast mixture in the baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
