Ingredients

  • 2 cups 100% pomegranate juice
  • 16 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 2 cups chilled soda water or sparkling water
  • as needed ice cubes
  • 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds (arils)

Instructions

    In a large pitcher, gently muddle 16 leaves fresh mint leaves with 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup until fragrant.

    Add 2 cups 100% pomegranate juice and 1/4 cup fresh lime juice to the pitcher and stir well to combine.

    Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the pomegranate mixture halfway up each glass.

    Top each glass with 2 cups chilled soda water or sparkling water and stir gently.

    Garnish with 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds (arils) and extra mint leaves. Serve immediately.
