Ingredients

  • 16 oz Brie cheese wheel (rind removed), rind removed, cubed
  • 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened, cubed
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely minced
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz crackers or sliced baguette (for serving)

Instructions

  1. 1

Spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick cooking spray. Add the 16 oz rind removed, cubed Brie cheese wheel (rind removed) and 4 oz softened, cubed cream cheese to the slow cooker.

  2. 2

Spoon the 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce (canned or homemade) over the top of the cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tsp orange zest, 1 tsp finely minced fresh rosemary, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Drizzle the 2 tsp honey over everything.

  3. 3

Cover and cook on LOW for 1.5 hours (or HIGH for 45-60 minutes), until the cheese is completely melted. Gently stir to partially swirl the cranberry sauce into the cheese, leaving some visible pockets of cranberry.

  4. 4

Serve immediately directly from the slow cooker with 8 oz crackers or sliced baguette (for serving) for dipping. Keep the slow cooker on WARM to maintain dip consistency.
