Slow Cooker Cranberry Brie Dip
Silky melted Brie cheese swirled with sweet-tart cranberry sauce and a hint of rosemary — an elegant slow cooker appetizer for the holiday season.
Ingredients
- 16 oz Brie cheese wheel (rind removed), rind removed, cubed
- 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened, cubed
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely minced
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz crackers or sliced baguette (for serving)

Spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick cooking spray. Add the 16 oz rind removed, cubed Brie cheese wheel (rind removed) and 4 oz softened, cubed cream cheese to the slow cooker.

Spoon the 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce (canned or homemade) over the top of the cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tsp orange zest, 1 tsp finely minced fresh rosemary, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Drizzle the 2 tsp honey over everything.

Cover and cook on LOW for 1.5 hours (or HIGH for 45-60 minutes), until the cheese is completely melted. Gently stir to partially swirl the cranberry sauce into the cheese, leaving some visible pockets of cranberry.

Serve immediately directly from the slow cooker with 8 oz crackers or sliced baguette (for serving) for dipping. Keep the slow cooker on WARM to maintain dip consistency.
