Sugar-Free Cranberry Relish
A bright, tart cranberry relish sweetened with erythritol and fresh orange zest for a keto-friendly holiday condiment. Ready in under 20 minutes with no added sugar.
Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup granulated erythritol (or monk fruit sweetener)
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest, finely grated
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt

Combine 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries, 1/2 cup granulated erythritol (or monk fruit sweetener), 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10-12 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp finely grated orange zest.

Let cool to room temperature, then transfer to a jar or bowl. The relish will thicken further as it cools.
