What is inside

30 recipes selected automatically from the Textual Chef recipe index. Chosen from the Korean recipes on the site, one version per dish, spread across courses so no single course fills the book. The list is fixed once published, so a later site update never reshuffles a book someone already bought; corrections to the recipe text do reach the file.

30 recipes, median total time 40 minutes, prep included. All 30 are Korean, grouped by course. Each one is also free to read on the site; the links below open them.

Are these recipes free on the site? Yes, in full, no account. You can read every Korean recipe on the site right now. The $5 buys the selection, the print layout and a file you keep offline.

What format is it? One PDF, US letter, no DRM, no app. Read it on a tablet or print the pages you are cooking from.

What is in the PDF? A cover, a page on how to use the book, the contents, then one page per recipe (30 in all) with Half, Standard and Double quantity columns and numbered steps. No photographs.

How is it delivered? Pay by card through Stripe. The download link appears on the next page and arrives by email; the same link serves corrected editions. Problems with the file or the payment: hello@textualchef.com.

Does it have ads? No. The PDF has no ads, no tracking and no sign-up inside it.

Is this the subscription? No. The book is a one-time $5 purchase. The subscription is the kitchen tools in the app (timers, planner, shopping list), at $3.99 a week or $63.99 a year.
