Air Fryer Nutella Banana Wontons

Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1/3 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1 large egg, beaten with 1 tsp water
  • as needed nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

    Preheat the air fryer to 370°F. Lay out 24 wonton wrappers on a clean surface.

    Place about 1/2 teaspoon of 1/3 cup Nutella hazelnut spread in the center of each wrapper, then top with one or two slices of 2 thinly sliced ripe bananas.

    Brush the edges of each wrapper with 1 beaten with 1 tsp water large egg. Fold the wrapper diagonally into a triangle, pressing firmly to seal and removing any air pockets.

    Lightly coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the wontons in a single layer without touching. Spray the tops lightly with nonstick cooking spray.

    Air fry at 370°F for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on both sides.
