Asian Chicken Salad
Crisp greens, shredded chicken, crunchy veggies, and mandarin oranges tossed in a sesame-ginger dressing for a fresh, flavorful lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 6 cups mixed salad greens, washed and dried
- 1 carrots, shredded
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup crispy wonton strips
- 1/4 cup sesame-ginger dressing

In a large bowl, combine 6 cups washed and dried mixed salad greens, 2 shredded cooked chicken breast, 1 shredded carrots, 1 thinly sliced cucumber, and 1 cup mandarin orange segments.

Drizzle 1/4 cup sesame-ginger dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Just before serving, sprinkle 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds and 1/2 cup crispy wonton strips on top of the salad.
