Instructions

    In a bowl, combine the cooked 4 oz ground pork, 6 oz finely chopped shrimp, peeled and deveined, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 2 finely chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.

    Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of a 24 wonton wrappers. Wet edges with 6 tbsp water.

    Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle. Bring the two opposite corners together and seal with water to form a purse shape.

    Bring 6 cups chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Add wontons and simmer for 4-5 minutes until they float to the surface.
